Value at Risk
We provide a Value at Risk (VAR) service to Brokers and commercial concerns.
This involves a professional valuation of buildings for insurance purposes. The objective is to establish the minimum sum insured for buildings and/or fixtures and fittings.
We have carried out surveys on anything from stately homes to deconsecrated church buildings to a range of commercial buildings. We present a detailed report addressing all relevant issues to include listed status, debris removal, presence of asbestos etc. We will also address specifically the type of cover involved and how the valuation “best fits” in the context of the cover provided.
